This is a great place to eat! When we showed up, it looked older on the outside, but don't let it deceive you. The inside was decent, staff was super friendly and fast service. It had a smalltown feel to it that I loved. Would go again if I ever got the chance.
Had breakfast & food was very good, but was not necessarily hot when it arrived. Also, the waitress came by & put put our bill on the table & never asked if we wanted for coffee & tea. New owner, so maybe better on next visit.
It's a bit of a sleeper... we thought it was closed for the past 4 years on each of our visits to Narragansett! Good service, nice menu, home made hot sauce. Quiche was a little dry and over cooked but the pancakes and omelettes were very good. We will be back for sure.
I enjoyed my firehouse dish and the server was friendly. The food came out fairly quickly. I'd eat here again if I'm ever in the scarborough area. You can sit anywhere there's an open table and the menus are already there. If your tight on time this is your place. The hashbrowns were seasoned really nicely.
I took my mom here for breakfast this morning. We are on vacation in Galilee, from El Paso, Texas. We enjoyed a PERFECT breakfast here. There was a booth waiting for us. Restaurant is really clean and welcoming. It is a friendly, family atmosphere. Delicious sounding daily specials are written on big chalkboards on 2 walls. Mom had #5- 2 eggs, toast, and terrif tasting homeade hash and home fries. I had vegetable omelet, toast and homefries- with Tommy Ds homeade hot sauce all over it. Tasted incredible. Thank you to staff for an amazing, memorable perfect tasting breakfast with my mom, in your friendly restaurant. We had a good time and will come for breakfast again in August when we return for our next vacation here. Thank you!!!!
