At Shickasheen Farm, Inc, our passion for plants and gardening has been with us since we opened our doors in 1976. While Mary and her late husband Leo, originally used the property to care for race horses they soon found themselves growing field mums in what is now West Kingston Park.
In 2021, Mary retired at 95 years old and handed over the reigns to her grandson, Rob, and his wife Emma.
Today, we have expanded our offerings to include perennials, shrubs, and more. We are proud to continue the legacy that Mary and Leo have created and strive to provide excellent customer service and high-quality plants to our customers. Come visit us today and let us help you create the garden of your dreams.
My wife and I love this farm! They are a great local family with multiple generations of history running the business. They work hard to keep up with awesome plants and products, host seasonal events, and make the gift shop a truly delightful place to look for gifts and accessories. The merch is super fun and the plants are healthy, and the seasonal decor (and classes!) are festive and cheerful. Everyone ought to check them out!
I would double that rating ! Wonderful family farm. I love going to get my gardening plants to enhance my outdoor areas. Easy access. Parking. Good quality plants.
