Located in the Kingston URI Emporium, Crops Barber & Beauty is a fun & funky barbershop that offers both barber and cosmetology services in a comfortable atmosphere.
Crops was created in 2019 by co-founders Madelyn Selwyn and Adriana Jules. Madelyn and Adriana met in Cosmetology school at the age of sixteen and went on to work together for almost a decade, meticulously saving for their dream of creating a fun and funky barbershop. In April of 2019 their dream became a reality when they signed their lease in the URI Emporium. The two still work right next to each other, sharing laughs between slaying haircuts.
Highly recommend Seth. He is talented and incredibly fun to talk to. He never rushes through the appointment and takes his time to ensure every detail is perfect. His precision and attention to detail are unmatched, and he truly listens to what you want. Even with the imperfections in my hair, Seth worked around them flawlessly.

I love my haircut and color appointments here. I find this space to be very therapeutic. Like I feel a little uncool with my mom ponytail when I first walk in, but I feel great by the time I walk out.
My only place to go for hair cut, I love Adriana, she's really talented and sweet I always go back to her for haircut
Madelyn was just wonderful! She knew exactly how my hair would compliment me and my style when I was very unsure of what style mullet I wanted. Will definitely be going back!
