Everything about Cool Beans was just average. Coffee was ok, muffin was ok, scone was dry. For the $$ I expect more.

This is one of my favorite morning spots. From the tables outside under the overhead, you can watch the weather roll in (as long as the wind behaves 😉). Consistently great food and beverages. Even when the line is long and it's busy inside.

Coffee is great, as well as the breakfast options. Can get busy at times so be prepared for a wait, especially in the morning and on weekends

What now feels like the most established Cafe in the Narragansett pier area, Cool Beans is ready for a branding update and a interior design refresh.
Younger staff are always friendly and pleasant to work with, but quality of pastries and coffee has room for improvement. Maybe switch to making smaller batches of coffee or switching to a pour over station made to order so coffee doesn't get stale.
Furniture also needs to be updated... it feels too much like it's still a scrappy upstart with used Comfortable furniture bought from Salvation Army to save money. Loyal customers come for the community, and I still return for that.

Very busy spot when in summer months, line out the door. Everything we had was great.
