This is one of my favorite morning spots. From the tables outside under the overhead, you can watch the weather roll in (as long as the wind behaves 😉). Consistently great food and beverages. Even when the line is long and it's busy inside.

Good food, but needs a major makeover and cleanup . Needs a more fresher and cleaner atmosphere. Get rid of the tired furniture. Messy kitchen. Needs a designer touch . Has so much potential . Unfortunately this is the only spot to get a good cappuccino and a good blueberry muffin.

I love their acai bowls! The portion is big, but the taste is amazing! On my last visit, we took the breakfast from Cool Beans to the beach, which is within walking distance.
The coffee is great and they have different plant-based milk alternatives.

I love this little deli! I come in frequently to get the chicken parm sandwich before I head into work. The owner and manager are both fantastic people. Super friendly! Food is amazing I was able to try some of the other sandwich’s at an event in the towers! Pricing it reasonable and worth the amount you get! I highly recommend this place, if you’re in town stop by!
