Clean Rite Cleaning & Restoration provides a full range of services for water damage, mold remediation, clean up after fire/smoke or soot damage, remediation for sewage backups and spills, and many other biohazard/decontamination issues such as rodent infestations, hoarding, and trauma/crime scene cleanup. Clean Rite was started 23 years ago by Greg Raso, a Rhode Island native, with a single van. Greg has steadily grown the company, and the range of services offered, to include 17 staff members and a fleet of six vehicles. We are not a franchise, and Greg is actively engaged in the daily operations of the company - in fact, he often works right alongside the technicians!
Tom did a truly outstanding job leading his team in the clean-up of a quite serious leak in our home. Tom and his team (especially his Deputy, Dan) were thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them highly to anyone with a similar problem.
Greg and his team have been caring for my carpets for ten years…always doing an excellent job, from wine stains to pet stains the carpets are restored to beauty. They are prompt and professional. Additionally, Neil restored the interior of my car. Not only does it look like new it smells like a new car. Ad to make it easy he worked on the car in my driveway.

Heather kept in contact with me about all my appointments and someone was able to come out immediately. Everyone was empathetic and professional. When Dan came out and became our main guy, my dog and I were delighted! Dan is great! He was super easy going and friendly and that goes a long way when a customer is stressed. Prompt, courteous, knowledgable and he really did the job like it was his own home. He and Drew worked quickly when removing the damaged items and were always well organized and efficient. Dan went the extra mile when cleaning the basement. He doesn't just get the job done, he gets it done efficiently and professionally. Your entire company seems to reflect this work ethic and I would continue to hire more people who understand how important this work is and how important it is to be authentic and empathetic with customers. I know there are customers who can be really awful under stressful circumstances, but.if you keep up with your commitment to running a tight ship you should be around for a long time. We had Neil clean our white sectional sofa and he was outstanding! He was meticulous in his work! We are very pleased with the results and would recommend him and Clean Rite again.
We had our tiled kitchen and bathroom floors cleaned recently. What a wonderful job!!! The kitchen floor was not only cleaned but we had the grout painted..It looks brand new! Having the grout painted was a worthwhile investment. Steve was not only professional, but very knowledgeable about his job. Thankyou
